• Minimum Age to Rent: Renters must be at least twenty-one (21) years old, hold a valid driver's license, provide a credit card, and be informed that they will be financially responsible for any damage to equipment.

    • Minimum Age to Operate: Individuals 14 years or older may operate a jet ski. However, those under 18 cannot rent one themselves and must have a parent or guardian sign the rental agreement. ​

    • Boating Safety Education Requirement: Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must carry a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) along with a photo ID when operating a vessel powered by 10 horsepower or more. ​

    • Temporary Certificate Option: If you don’t have the Boating Safety Education Identification Card, you can obtain a Florida Boater Education Temporary Certificate (BoatUS), valid for 90 days, by passing a short test available at our location. ​(PLEASE COMPLETE ONLINE PRIOR TO SHOWING UP)

    • Supervision for Young Operators: Operators aged 14–17 must be supervised by someone at least 18 years old who holds a valid Boating Safety Education Identification Card. ​

    • Passengers: Passengers must be 7 years old or older. All riders must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.

    • All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability, acknowledgment, and assumption of risk form, which has been provided by the insurer's risk management department. Any participant under the age of eighteen (18) years must have a release signed by their parent or legal guardian.
