    Q: Where is DG Watersports located?
    A: We operate out of Tampa, Florida. We offer a mobile rental service, meaning we bring the jet skis directly to approved launch sites around the area. Exact locations are at the bottom of our website.

    Q: What are your hours of operation?
    A: We are a pop-up; we do not have a storefront. We accept bookings online or in person; you will NEED an appointment. We operate daily from 10:00 AM to close, weather permitting. Check at the bottom of our website.

    Q: How do I make a reservation?
    A: Reservations can be made online through our website. Same-day rentals are available depending on availability.

    Jet Ski Rentals:

    Q: What is the minimum age to rent or ride a jet ski?
    A: To rent, you must be 21 years old with a valid photo ID. Any participant under the age of (18) years must have a release signed by their parent or legal guardian. To operate, you must be (14) or older. Riders must be at least (6) years old to ride as a passenger.

    Q: Do I need a boating license?
    A: If you were born after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to complete a Florida Boating Safety Education course. We provide a link to take the temporary certificate online.

    Q: How many people can ride one jet ski?
    A: Each jet ski can hold up to 2 adults and a small child or 450 lbs total, whichever comes first.

    Q: What’s included in the rental?
    A: Rentals include a USCG-approved life jacket, fuel, a safety briefing, and instructions for first-time riders.

    Safety & Policies

    Q: Is prior jet ski experience required?
    A: Not at all! We provide a full safety and operational briefing before each ride. Our team will ensure you’re confident before heading out.

    Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
    A: Yes. All renters and riders must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. E-signed and emailed/texted is highly recommended.

    Q: What if the weather is bad?
    A: Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions prevent safe operation, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

    Payments & Cancellations

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. A credit card is required for the security deposit.

    Q: Is a deposit required?
    A: Yes. A $250 refundable damage deposit will be held at the time of rental.

    Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    A: We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. No-shows WILL be charged in full. Late arrivals WILL only have their allotted reservation time. If we are late, your reservation still stands, and you WILL receive an incentive.

    Other Services

    Q: Do you offer guided tours or group packages? (coming soon)
    A: Yes! We offer custom tours, private group events, and photo packages upon request.

    Q: Can you deliver to private docks or waterfront homes?
    A: Absolutely. Mobile delivery is available to approved locations with advance notice. Minimum of 2-hour rental, and there will be an additional charge depending upon the distance.
